Positive: Pleasant large bedroom and smaller ensuite facility, adjoined to a large two storey villa house. Central location is very near to the Pukekura Park, and a short walk to the New Plymouth city shops and restaurants. An off street carpark is available.
Negative: minimum coffee (2 pods only) provided, as advertised is without breakfast. A microwave would add value to this stay for guests who do not want to go out for all of their meals. A few extras would go down well for the paying guest, such as a few more coffee pods, perhaps a small bowl of fruit. Noisy construction across the street during the day, including Saturday, it is likely this is not long term.
